- cPanel updates its disk space usage record every four hours. This means that if you make changes in your disk space by adding or deleting files, it may take up to four hours for cPanel to display the correct storage space usage numbers.
- Database disk space reporting takes twenty-four hours from database importation.
- If you use WHM to increase the available disk space for an account, the new disk space will be immediately available when it is shown in WHM. cPanel for that account will not show the disk size increase until it updates itself, but the storage space is available.
