Invalid maildirsize

  1. Use FTP or the File Manager to navigate outside of public_html.
  2. Find /mail/yourdomain.com/email-user
  3. Delete the file named maildirsize located inside this directory.
  4. The next time the email address is used, the mail account should have its mailbox quota properly updated.
If this does not fix the problem, you can change the disk space quota for the email account via the Email Accounts tool in cPanel.
