Account Suspension

You can both suspend and unsuspend cPanel accounts. Suspension does not delete the account or the contents of the account.

How to Suspend an Account

  1. In WHM, find "Account Functions".
  2. Underneath this you will find "Manage Account Suspension" - click it.
  3. Choose the username or primary domain of the account you wish to suspend.
  4. You can fill in a reason in the supplied field if you so desire.
  5. Click "Suspend".

If this does not work, please submit a ticket.

Unsuspending/Activating an Account

  1. In WHM, find "Account Functions".
  2. Underneath this you will find "Manage Account Suspension" - click it.
  3. Choose the username or primary domain of the account you wish to unsuspend.
  4. Click "Unsuspend".

You can also unsuspend this way:

  1. In WHM find "Account Information", underneath it you will find "List Suspended Accounts". Click it.
  2. Select the account you would like to unsuspend, select it, and click "Unsuspend".
