AJAX Failure

If you receive an AJAX failure error in the email subsection of your cPanel and you use Safari, this will help correct the issue.

  • Upgrade to the newest version of Safari.
  • At the bottom of the Email page in cPanel, click "If you need an interface that uses less JavaScript click here".
  • Clear your browser's cache.
  • Try a different browser, like Chrome or Firefox.
