Troubleshooting Email Routing Issues

cPanel Track Delivery

  1. In cPanel, find the Email section.
  2. Click "Track Delivery".
  3. Type in a recipient email address.
  4. Click "Run Report".
  5. Track Delivery will report back with a Delivery Report table and Email Server Trace diagram.

Delivery Report Table

This modifiable table displays delivery status, sender, sent time, spam score, recipient, result, and actions.

Email Address Trace Diagram

This maps the email's delivery route from origin to destination.
