RSS (Realy Simple Syndication) feeds provide users with updates such as news headlines.

Using RSS

Newsreaders
These tools aggregate all your RSS feeds into one place for you to easily keep track of them. To use them, you click the feed you wish to add and copy the URL it provides you with. Then you add that URL to your newsreader. It will now keep you informed of any updates on that RSS feed.

Web Browsers
Many web browsers have the ability to keep track of RSS feeds.
