Core Dump & Core Files
You may have found files that look similar to "core.12345" in your filespace on your account. These files are generated as error logs when a program unexpectedly terminates. They are used to troubleshoot, as they include program data describing the state of the program and system when the fault occurred. Please do not delete these files. When you see them, submit a ticket which includes the file path. We will investigate the cause of the issue and determine whether any measures need to be taken. We can delete the file after we have finished with the troubleshooting process.
