Automated backups are included with all Shared, Semi-Dedicated, and Reseller hosting plans. You can access and manage your backups through the "JetBackup" menu in cPanel.
Available Backups:
- 5 daily backups (created every day)
- 5 weekly backups (created every Sunday)
- 5 monthly backups (created on the 7th and 14th of each month)
Restoration: You can restore complete backups or individual files/databases through cPanel. There's no limit on how many times you can restore from your backups.
Important Note About Backup Service: We provide automated backups as a courtesy to help protect your data. However, this service comes with no guarantees - backups may occasionally fail due to technical issues, storage limitations, or other unforeseen circumstances. We strongly recommend maintaining your own independent backups of critical data to ensure you always have access to your files and databases.
