Our Shared, Reseller, and Semi-Dedicated hosting solutions are all on Shared servers, and each Shared server uses a shared IP address. In order to protect the mail sending reputation of those shared IP addresses, there is an hourly sending limit of 350. This means that any Shared, Reseller, and Semi-Dedicated cPanel account is limited to sending 350 emails per hour.Â
