All email boxes and messages are kept as files within folders in your account.
How to Access Mail Files and Folders
- In cPanel, open the "File Manager"
- Choose the "Home Directory", click "Go".
- Open the "mail" folder. Disregard any new, cur, temp, ,Trash, and .Sent folders here.
- Find the folder for the domain and email user you wish to explore.
- Once you open the email user's folder, the relevant new, cur, temp, .Trash, and .Sent folders will be visible. It is not recommended that you modify these folders; this method of access is mostly useful for bulk deleting emails or email accounts.
