Cannot Send Email


If you are able to receive email but unable to send, it is likely that your ISP is blocking the mail port you are trying to use. If your outgoing email had been functioning and suddenly stopped, it is possible that your ISP has changed their policy regarding outgoing mail ports and has started blocking them. The default port for sending email is 25. To remedy this, you can change your outgoing email port to 26. If that doesn't work, you may need to contact your ISP and ask them to open port 25 for you. It may be the case that your ISP requires you to use their SMTP servers to ensure that no spam is being sent from their network.
