Email Doesn't Work In POP Connected Client
- Username and password all lowercase
- Change username to the full email addres
- Double check that the email address was created & exists
If these solutions don't work, next you should
- Change the incoming and outgoing mail servers to the IP address listed in your welcome email
- Make sure the client has server authentication enabled
"Please enter your username and password for the following server"
Your mail client may have performed too many mail checks. When this happens your client will be locked out for the remainder of the hour. You will need to either disable regular automatic checking, or reduce the frequency of mail checks.
