Blacklisting happens when enough email recipients have marked a sender as spam. The sender's IP address and/or email address will then be blacklisted.
To find out if an email address has been blacklisted, follow these simple steps:
- Go to www.mxtoolbox.com
- Enter the IP address or server name of the email address in question.
- Click "Blacklist Check".

- Submit a ticket to Nixihost.
