Email: Returned, Blacklisted, Rejected by Recipient

Email: Returned, Blacklisted, Rejected by Recipient.

Blacklisting happens when enough email recipients have marked a sender as spam. The sender's IP address and/or email address will then be blacklisted.

To find out if an email address has been blacklisted, follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to www.mxtoolbox.com
  2. Enter the IP address or server name of the email address in question.
  3. Click "Blacklist Check".

What To Do If You Have Been Blacklisted

  1. Enable full headers for your email. This can be done with tutorials on http://www.haltabuse.org/help/headers/index.shtml
  2. Submit a ticket to Nixihost.
