WordPress: Redirecting All Links To Home Page

Changes in the .htaccess file can occasionally cause WordPress to direct all links to the home page. This can often be fixed by re-setting the permalinks.

Resetting Permalinks

  1. In the WordPress Dashboard, select "Settings", and then "Permalinks". Copy the current structure.
  2. Click "Default".
  3. Select "Save Settings".
  4. Change the setting back to the original structure you copied in step 1.
  5. Click "Save Settings".
