WHM Support Center

Support requests can be submitted to the cPanel customer service team through the support center. You might wish to try the FAQ, support forums, or documentation first.

1. In WHM, click "Support".
2. Click "Support Center".
3. Choose one of the options.
4. Enter your name, email, phone number, IP address, cPanel version/build in the supplied fields.
5. Enter your description of the problem in the "Brief Description" field.
6. Enter the name of the distributor you got the software license from in the field marked "Distributor/Partner NOC" field.
7. In the field marked "Detailed Problem Description", describe the problem in as much detail as you can.
8. Detail the steps required to reproduce the problem in the "Steps to Reproduce the Problem" field.
9. Click "Send Request".
