Unable to Change Packages, "Resources Over Allocated"
If you have granted more disk space or bandwidth to your client or clients than you have available on your account, you are "over allocated". If you try to create a new account, and you see your disk space used exceeds the disk space your account has, you will know you are over allocated. Please submit a ticket.
