Uploading Files Through cPanel's File Manager
cPanel's File Manager makes it easy to upload files under 500 MB, such as site backups.
- Navigate to the "File Manager" in your cPanel account.
- Choose "Web Root" and "Show Hidden Files (dotfiles)", and click "Go".
- Select the folder that you would like to upload files into, and click "Upload".
- Select "Browse" or "Choose File", whichever your version shows.
- Find and select the file to be uploaded. The upload will begin when you have selected it.
