For Reseller Accounts
From the WHM login screen:
- Click "Reset Password".
- Enter your billing email and password.
- Click "Continue".
- Using the dropdown menu box, select the account whose password you wish to reset.
- Enter a new password two times to ensure that it's typed correctly.
- Click "Reset Password".
In WHM:
- Select "Server Configuration".
- Select "Change Root Password".
- Enter a new password two times to ensure that it's typed correctly.
- Clock "Change Password".
