Both of these methods require an FTP client.

Method A

  1. Under "Host", enter your addon domain name
  2. Under "User", enter "[email protected]"
  3. For the password, enter the password you created when you created the addon domain in cPanel.
  4. Port: 21

This should put you in your addon domain's root folder.

Method B

  1. Under "Host", enter your primary domain name
  2. For "User", enter your cPanel username
  3. For the password, use your cPanel password.
  4. Port: 21
