Repairing a Broken Database

  • cpaneluser_database is marked as crashed and needs to be repaired



Testing the Database

  1. In cPanel, find the "Databases" section.
  2. Select the "MySQL Databases" icon.
  3. Find "Modify Databases". Underneath it, find the dropdown menu "Check DB"
  4. Find the database which is having trouble.
  5. Select "Check DB".

Repairing the Database

  1. Return to the MySQL Databases page.
  2. Find "Modify Databases". Open the drop-down menu "Repair DB"
  3. Find and click the database which is damaged.
  4. Select "Repair DB".
  5. Reload website to verify fix.

If this does not resolve the problem, please submit a ticket.
